📝 Cooking Method
Add the chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon zest & juice, basil leaves, nutritional yeast, ice and salt to your blender and blend on high for around 3–5 minutes.
You may need to stop the blender and scrape down the sides to ensure everything is equally blended.
If the mixture appears a little thick, add a splash of oat milk and continue blending. You can repeat this until you get the desired consistency.
Serve straight away, or store in the fridge until needed.
